  • Obtains vital signs, records and notifies staff RN, (or DON, Alternate DON, or Branch Manager), of deviations according to standard practice for each patient visit.
  • Reports any unusual circumstance in the patient's condition or environment.
  • Provides assistance with ADLs during each patient visit.
  • Performs incidental household services.
  • Completes a clinical note for each visit.
  • Participates in nursing report.
  • Participates in QA/QI plan or process.
  • Performs patient care as directed by physician orders.
