Job Description: 

  • Assist Team Leader with typing, filing and computer related skills.

  • Answer telephone calls, record messages adn deliver messages.

  • File for the staff on request.

  • File patient records and office material.

  • Deliver outgoing mail to the post office when needed and pick up incoming mail and disperse.

  • Copy patient records, policy manual and other pertinent documents and dispenses copies as appropriate.

  • Checks facsimiles and routes facsimiles within the department.

  • Type reports or memos as needed.

  • Assist staff with routing request.

  • Enter OASIS data information into computer.

  • Log all notes in patient calendar book for audit purposes.

  • Transport files and other paperwork data to other divisions or companies.

  • Data Entry

  • Any other duties as assigned.
